At The Natural Detox Studio, We are dedicated to providing a supportive and efficient experience for every client we understand that life happens and things can be unexpected.. So to ensure a smooth scheduling service and fairness for all, please review our updated cancellation and payment policies below:
Colonic Sessions – Payment & Cancellation Policy
A 50% deposit of the total payment is required at the time of booking for all colonic hydrotherapy sessions (packages excluded).
Your appointment will be confirmed via email and txt message only after the deposit payment has been received.
Cancellation & Rescheduling for Colonic Sessions
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This helps us offer your spot to another client.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 100% cancellation fee (100% of the prepaid amount will be retained).
No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee and will not be eligible for rescheduling or credit.
Exceptions
We understand emergencies happen. At our discretion, cancellation fees may be waived for genuine emergencies or extenuating circumstances.
Sauna Sessions – Cancellation Policy
A 50% deposit of the total sauna session cost is required at booking (packages excluded).
Appointment confirmation will be sent via email and text message after booking and payment.
Cancellation & Rescheduling for Sauna Sessions
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule sauna appointments.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the 50% deposit.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.
Rebooking Options
You may cancel or reschedule appointments by providing the required notice according to the policies above.
