Before your Colonic and Sauna appointments….

  • Hydrate well before you arrive, drink plenty of water or fresh made juices.

  • Try to avoid eating for at least 2 hours before your appointment to ensure the best results.

  • Eat lightly prior to your visit, soft foods, fruits and vegetables are best.

  • Avoid alcohol, eating heavy processed meals, and high-protein foods before your appointments to help your body feel lighter and balanced.

  • Eating more fibre leading up to your colonic can make the session easier, more effective, and smoother.

  • Try a mild parasite cleanse about a week before your colonic session to help balance your body and boost detox.

  • For the best detox results and to protect our sauna, avoid applying oils, perfumes, and lotions before your session. It’s also recommended to shower beforehand to keep your skin clean and enhance the detoxifying experience.

Aftercare Information…

Afterwards, your body might feel wonderfully light, more energetic, or deeply refreshed, experiencing a renewed and vibrant sense of vitality. However, it’s also quite common to notice some mild symptoms such as headaches, tiredness, slight nausea, or subtle mood changes. These reactions are completely normal and expected as your body begins its natural and gentle detoxification process, and they typically subside within just a few hours.

To support you through this transition, below are helpful tips designed to maximise the benefits of your detox while minimising any discomfort along the way.

  • Keeping well hydrated , drink plenty of water, herbal teas, fresh juices and electrolyte drinks.

  • Eat light easy digestible foods for at least 24 hours, soups, fruits and vegetables are best, unless your appetite has increased significantly.

  • Avoid raw vegetables and reduce meat consumption for 3 days as these can increase gas production and abdominal discomfort.

  • Rest and keep warm if feeling tired. Heat packs can help ease cramps and muscle pain, making you feel more relaxed.

  • Not pooping after your colonic for a few days is completely normal and can happen occasionally without causing any serious issues.

  • Taking probiotics afterward adds good bacteria to your gut, helping digestion and nutrient absorption.

  • After your sauna session, it’s best to wait at least 30 minutes before taking a shower. This waiting period allows your body to gradually cool down and fully relax, which enhances the detoxification process and promotes better blood circulation throughout your body. Taking your time helps maximize the benefits of your sauna experience.
